The Chamber Flyer Insertion Program:

As one of the many benefits we offer to our Chamber members we welcome submission of businesses flyers to be included into our monthly mailing.

These mailings are sent to 1800 of our members throughout the region, the state, and in some cases out of state. Each flyer reaches decision makers of our member businesses and organizations.

How it works:

Getting your flyer inserted into the Chamber Voice is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1) BOOK: Call the office to reserve a date.
2) DESIGN: Create your flyer to meet flyer specifications.
3) DELIVER: Deliver flyers (qty. 1,800) to the Chamber.

We take care of the rest! By utilizing this service, you can save your business hundreds in postage, expense/effort gathering a distribution list, and office time by staff! Our members have seen excellent results from this form of marketing. Bookings are often scheduled months in advance so do not delay: first-reserved = first-served.

MAILING PRICES:

Our monthly mailings are sent out after the first Thursday of each month. Mailings fill up quickly, so please reserve your spot in advance.

Glossy and/or all weights over 20lb

FLYER SPECIFICATIONS:

8 1/2 x 11 sheets ONLY
printing may be one-sided or double sided

All flyers must be flat and not folded

20lb paper is billed the BASIC RATE

Paper over 20lb or glossy is billed the PREMIUM RATE

Please do not use cardstock or plastic paper

All flyers must be delivered by 1:00 p.m. the Monday before the mailing. Call the Chamber for specific deadlines.

Please note: Any deviations from the above criteria may result in us not being able to complete the insertion due to postal weight or bulk or an extra charge.

If you have reserved a spot and find you will not be able to follow through with delivery, please call and notify the Chamber.

  • Cost to Members: $40 (add $25 fee if we design your ad) (Must be paid before ad runs)
  • Ad size: 700 x 250 px (or smaller)
  • Format: .jpg .gif .png (or text < 150 words + logo)
  • File Size: <200kb (if larger we reduce file size)
  • *Optional: you may provide URL to link ad to webpage
  • Due 2 days before publish date
  • Reserve your spot, to ensure your ad runs (first come, first served)

 


 


Website Advertising: Design Specifications

  • Ads may be purchased in monthly or three month increments.
  • Ads may link to the company's website.
  • Images may be JPEG, PNG or GIF.
  • Image File Size must be under 200kb.
  • For members without design capabilities, the Chamber is pleased to assist you. There is a $25 Design fee to create your ad.

Terms and Conditions

  • Ads are subject to approval by the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut.
  • The Chamber assumes no responsibility for typographical errors in advertisements.
  • Advertising on ChamberECT.com is limited to Chamber members only.
  • Advertisements must be delivered at least seven business days prior to the start of the campaign.
