Annual Congressional Report

U.S. Congressman Joe Courtney joined the Chamber Monday for a Business Breakfast to discuss this session’s congressional initiatives, including the Cap and Trade bill and the federal stimulus package.

The Cap and Trade bill, which passed the House of Representatives Friday and heads to the Senate next, aims to put a cap on carbon emissions starting in 2012.
