Central Corridor initiative endorsed by The Bulletin

The Bulletin newspaper has endorsed the proposed Central Corridor initiative, a rail link between New London and Brattleboro, Vermont.  It cited the economic development potential as one of its reasons. The project carries a less-than-anticipated $100 million price tag.
