What will help grow Connecticut's economy?

The state legislature has approved a comprehensive package of pro-business measures, including $180 million in new small business funding. DECD Commissioner Catherine Smith will be in Groton, Norwich and Danielson with a team of economic development representatives to explain and help process requests.

Low interest rate loans for capital expenditures. Tax cuts for companies that do not lay off employees with the funds from the tax cuts to be used for capital improvements.
