Crispim Promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of Chelsea Groton in New London

Chelsea Groton Bank has appointed Mandy Crispim as Assistant Branch Manager of the New London office, located at One Montauk Avenue.  Crispim has ten years of banking experience and numerous certifications from the Connecticut Center for Financial Training.  Mandy previously served as a Customer Service Representative for Chelsea Groton.
