Shipman & Goodwin Attorney David Mack Reappointed as Adjunct Professor

Shipman & Goodwin attorney David Mack was recently reappointed as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Medicine and Health Care, University of Connecticut School of Medicine. His term is effective January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.

Attorney Mack is a partner in the Health Law practice group. He has extensive experience representing health care providers on a broad range of business and regulatory issues including contracting, joint ventures, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, fraud and abuse, tax exemption, licensure, government and internal investigations, medical staff, regulatory compliance, reimbursement, research, and protection of medical information. In addition, he counsels clients on risk management and medical ethics issues.
