WRITER’S BLOCK INK Presents MIGRATIONS

 

July 22, 2010, New London, CT.   The Writer’s Block InK will present Migrations, a new original work written and performed by the students of the Writer’s Block Summer Program.  Migrations, which was inspired by Michael Bradford’s original play Migration, is an exploration of race, religion, and social and environmental elements that inspire the human spirit to act, react, re-enact, and move – “MIGRATE.”

 

Attallah Sheppard directs the Writer’s Block Ink’s production of Migrations, which runs August 12, & 13 at 7 p.m. and August 14 & 15 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

 

The Writer’s Block InK is a 501c3 non-profit organization that empowers youth to ignite social change on the page and stage.
