Pictured with the high school students in Mrs. Ritchotte’s classroom and the young children are Kevin M. McCarthy, President & CEO at NewportFed and Roy M. Seitsinger, Jr., Ph.D, Superintendent of the Westerly Public Schools. Westerly, RI … NewportFed has donated $500 to the Westerly Public Schools. In the months of January and February NewportFed celebrated the opening of their new office at 18 Post Road, they hosted a grand opening celebration week and announced and advertised their idea of ‘giving back’ to the schools with this contribution. This donation will enhance the fund that is being developed to support the building of a play area for the 3 and 4 year old children that attend the Westerly High School Child Development Program. “It is always a pleasure to be able to ‘give back’, and so much so when it is to the hard working teachers and administrators at our public schools.” stated Kevin M. McCarthy, President & CEO at NewportFed. “Westerly Public Schools deeply appreciates NewportFed for its willingness to support our youngest children as they begin their learning adventure.” stated Roy M. Seitsinger, Jr., Ph.D, Superintendent of Westerly Public Schools. |
