THE CIT VALUE:

  • The Plan is available to "retirees of a Chamber group".  Please note that this plan is only available through CIT – (it cannot be sold through your current FMO arrangement)
  • Any "Chamber" producer can sell this plan who is certified and appointed with United Health Care
  • This is a group MA-PD plan so there is no "open enrollment" period.  Applicants must have Medicare Part A & B and must continue to pay their Part B premiums.
  • The applicant does not need to be attached to a group plan – it is available on a stand alone basis – only available through the CIT arrangement with UnitedHealthcare®
  • The monthly cost is $198.04
  • Limited out of pocket expense
  • Affordable copayments (lower than most plans)  90+% of benefits are subject to a predictable (flat $ amount) copayment
