Shipman & Goodwin Attorney David Mack Selected as Member of Legal Focus Group


Shipman & Goodwin attorney David Mack was recently selected as a member of a legal focus group to assist in the development of a statewide strategic plan for implementing health information technology (HIT) and an electronic health information exchange (HIE).

Attorney Mack is a partner in the Health Law practice group. He has extensive experience representing health care providers on a broad range of business and regulatory issues including contracting, joint ventures, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, fraud and abuse, tax exemption, licensure, government and internal investigations, medical staff, regulatory compliance, reimbursement, research, and protection of medical information. In addition, he counsels clients on risk management and medical ethics issues.
