Coastal Gourmet Group Announces Opening of Shipyard Tavern

At Latitude 41° Restaurant & Tavern next to Mystic Seaport

Mystic, CT - The Coastal Gourmet Group announced the opening date for the Shipyard Tavern at Latitude 41° as this Tuesday, April 12th at 4:00PM. The Shipyard Tavern and Latitude 41° are located next to the Mystic Seaport in Mystic.
 
The new identity for the tavern includes a partnership with the Shipyard Brewing Company located in Portland, Maine. The Shipyard Tavern will feature Shipyard Brewing's handcrafted beers on tap, as well as a new tavern menu that will compliment the beer selections.

Shipyard is Maine's largest brewery producing 17 varieties of award-winning English style and seasonal ales. New draft beer additions to the Shipyard Tavern menu include Mystic Seaport Pale Ale, Shipyard Export Ale, Shipyard Fuggles IPA, Shipyard Summer Ale, Old Thumper, Double Old Thumper, Sea Dog Blueberry Ale, and Shock Top Belgian Wheat Ale.
 
Patrons can also become members of the Shipyard Tavern's Mystic Mug Club. Benefits include a personalized beer mug held for each member at the Tavern, a Shipyard Brewing T-shirt, lunch on your birthday, member's only events, ½ priced appetizers, and other surprises.
