Susan S. Murphy Selected to Chair ABA IP Litigation Subcommittee

Shipman & Goodwin attorney Susan S. Murphy was recently selected to Chair the Secondary Liability on the Internet Subcommittee of the Federal Trademark Legislation Committee in the American Bar Association IP Litigation section. Within the Trade Secrets and Interferences With Contract Committee, Attorney Murphy also co-chairs the Subcommittee on Recent Trade Secret Cases in the U.S.
