Tag Sale at the Children’s Museum of Southeastern Connecticut


NIANTIC, CT –The Children’s Museum of Southeastern Connecticut (CMSECT), 409 Main St., is holding a tag sale on Saturday, May 28, from 8:30 am until 1 pm.


It is the second year for the fundraiser. Last year’s event was so popular that museum staff decided to hold another one this year. Items are already coming in, from an 8-foot lighted celebration arch to the proverbial kitchen sink. The museum is still accepting goods, so look in the garage, attic, and spare rooms for unneeded items that still have a useful life. Donations can be brought to the museum between through May 26, during regular hours of operation. Proceeds benefit the museum’s outdoor play space.
