Turner Joins Chelsea Groton as Mortgage Loan Specialist

Chelsea Groton Bank is pleased to announce that Rick Turner has joined their lending team as Mortgage Loan Specialist.   Mr. Turner has over twenty-five years of lending experience, holding a variety of loan officer positions at various financial institutions.  He possesses a vast knowledge of the local lending market and has extensive experience with government loan programs.
