Tell us a little about R&W Heating Energy Solutions.
R&W Heating Energy Solutions LLC is a family owned and operated small business, specializing in residential HVAC and whole house comfort.

Why did you start this business? If it was to fill a gap or address a challenge, tell us a little bit about it.
In 2004 we decided to take a leap of faith to start our own business. We had both been in the oil heat industry for 15+ years, and it was time for a fresh start all our own.

What aspect of your R&W are you passionate about? Can you provide us with any specific examples?
We’re passionate about the quality of products and service we offer our customers, keeping our employees knowledgeable about the latest technologies, and helping homeowners get the best bang for their buck!

What is your most popular service?
We’ve had quite an increase in Ductless Split Heat Pump installations over the past few years – we attribute this to the quality of the product, the great rebates that are available, and the stellar performance of our installation crew.

Did you introduce any new products or services recently? What are they?
We’ve recently started offering Goodman and Amana Furnaces and A/C, which offer either a 10 year or a limited lifetime warranty.

How would your customers describe R&W’s work?
Customers have described our business as “friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, helpful, and offering great service!”

Why should new people give R&W a call?
We’re always looking for fresh new ways to serve our customers. Whether it’s by offering service plans and extended warranties, keeping up with the latest and greatest in home comfort technology, or making sure all of our licenses and certifications are up to date and in good standing.

Why do people return to your business?
People return for the same reasons new folks join us!

Is there something unique or unusual about your business/service that, when people first hear about it, they tend to say “Wow – I didn’t know that!”
Of our fourteen full-time employees, five of them are family members!

Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about your business?
At R&W, we look beyond one time visits, and instead plan on long term business relationships with all of our customers.
