The Chamber E-News is the Chamber's
weekly electronic newsletter. The Chamber E-News is sent out every
Friday to over 1,800 Chamber members. Advertising opportunities are
available in the newsletter for a small fee. Call the Chamber for

Are you looking for a new way to market your
business?
As one of the many benefits we offer to our Chamber members we welcome
submission of businesses flyers to be included into our monthly mailing.
These mailings are sent on the third Friday of each month to over
1700 of our members throughout the region, the state and in some cases
out of state. Each flyer will reach qualified decision makers who
are our contact people in our member businesses and organizations.
You contact our office to schedule an insertion
date, design the flyer and deliver the flyers to our office, and we will take care of the
rest! By utilizing this service, you can save your business over $200
in postage...not including office time by staff! Our members have
seen excellent results from this form of marketing. Bookings are often
taken months in advance so don’t delay. Insertions are on a
“first-reserved”, “first-served” basis.
1) BOOK. Call office to schedule insertion date.
2) DESIGN. Design the flyer to meet flyer
specifications.
3) DELIVER. Deliver flyers (qty. 1,700) to the Chamber.

All flyers must be flat, not
pre-folded
20lb paper is billed the BASIC RATE
Paper over 20lb or glossy is billed
the PREMIUM RATE
Please no cardstock or plastic paper
All flyers must be delivered the by 1:00
p.m. the Monday before the mailing. Call the Chamber for specific
deadlines.
Please note: Any deviations from the
above criteria may result in us not being able to do the insertion due to
postal weight or bulk or an extra charge.
If you have
reserved an insertion date and find you will not be able to follow
through with delivery please call the Chamber as often there is a
waiting list.

Enterprise is a monthly business publication appearing in The Day newspaper. Enterprise covers all aspects of the business
community including small business, banking/credit unions/financial services, tourism/gaming/casinos, defense (shipbuilding/
military), industry, real estate. Chamber member companies have the value-added benefit of the opportunity to submit news, photos,
and articles for the Chamber’s section of Enterprise. The purpose of this benefit is to
showcase member companies. The Chamber’s section of Enterprise also keeps members and the general public up-to-date on the
latest Chamber news and happenings. Submissions, available exclusively to Chamber members, are an invaluable marketing tool.
Public relations efforts like these can add invaluable
credibility. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Chamber reserves the right to edit content or
reject submissions. Publishing dates and deadlines are listed below, as well as, contact information for purchasing ad space.
